On Tuesday, October the 25th there will be a fundraiser to benefit the Sail (Gifted) program at Hazelwood Northwest Middle School. 20% of food sales will be donated towards their first out of town field trip which will be in Tennessee. Students will explore the Rocky Mountains at the Tremont Institute conducting on site labs and observations, then to the Hermitage to participate in the historical tours/workshops of Andrew Jackson. They will finish the trip with a tour of Ft. Donelson where they will explore this famous Civil War site. The fundraiser will help to make it possible for students to attend and expand their learning outside of the classroom. The trip will be March 4th-7th. On Tuesday, May 10th, 2011, David Weinstein was involved in a fatal car accident caused by a drunk driver. On this day, Saturday, May 21st, 20% of all sales at Deaver’s Sports Bar from 11 am until 1 am will be donated to Dave's daughter Breonna. On Sunday, April 24th, 2011, Deaver's lost a family member of six years to a tragic car accident. On this day, Thursday, April 28th, 20% of all sales will be donated to Brennan's family to help them in their time of need. Visitation will be on Saturday, April 30th, from 10 - 12 at Ward Chapel AME located at 11410 Old Halls Ferry Road in Florissant if you wish to pay your respect. The funeral will follow immediately.
Please come help us help the family of one of our dearest friends. He will be missed and we are all better people for having him in our lives.

The goal of this year's Spring Fundraiser is to make improvements to the playground! These improvements may include, replacing pea gravel, purchasing new outdoor equipment, etc. Good Shepherd Preschool is located at 7380 Howdershell Rd. in Hazelwood. The preschool has been committed to the early education of its students for over 25 years. The teachers and parents of Good Shepherd work in a cooperative effort to provide the children with an environment that promotes spiritual, intellectual, emotional, social and physical growth, while fostering an enthusiasm for life long learning.
Cam Janssen, of the St. Louis Blues, will be at Deaver's signing autographs from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
Brian "Scott" Ebert is seeking election to the Ferguson-Florissant School Board, and Deaver's wants to help! Join us for a fundraiser to help with Scott's campaing costs. On December 18, 2010, Maryland Heights Detective Sgt. Joe Eagan, a 25 year veteran of the department was injured in the line of duty. We'll be hosting a fundraiser, donating 20% of the total food sales of the day, in his honor. A raffle will be held as well.

Accessible Play, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)3 corporation on a mission to build an all-inclusive, accessible playground, right here in Florissant, where children of all abilities can play side-by-side.
Deaver’s will donated 20% of all food sales on Wednesday June 30, 2010 to Accessible Play, Inc. They are open from 11am to 1am. Kitchen will remain open until 10pm.
